Can a parapet roof in Sunbury-on-Thames still be cleaned?
Yes, a parapet roof in Sunbury-on-Thames can be cleaned, and the covering behind the parapet decides the method. Parapets appear among the pitched and hipped roofs of Lower Sunbury, where coverings are a combination of clay tiles and slate. Clay tiles are cleaned by hand with a manual scrape. Natural slate can take the same scrape or roof pressure washing, a clean with hot, low-pressure steam. Gutters are checked on every roof, parapet roofs included.
Photograph the slope behind a parapet from a window or the garden if you can, and send it when you ask for a quote.

How do old trees in Sunbury-on-Thames affect a roof?
Old yews and park trees can shade a roof in Sunbury-on-Thames and keep it damp, the conditions in which moss tends to flourish. Sunbury Park has scattered trees and a thick belt of trees round most of its edge. St Mary's churchyard has many mature trees, historic yews among them, visible above its brick walls, and mature trees line the riverbank by Flower Pot Green.
If one of these trees stands close to your house, photograph the slope it shades and include it with your enquiry.

I was recommended to the Moss Men and they completed a full roof clean/ gutters and biocide treatment on my house roof yesterday.
I have quite tricky access but it was all taken care of and I am so pleased with the results. There was a lot of moss as I live by a river..and it's all gone and looks revived. Dave is a lovely guy to deal with , very professional and everything was all cleaned up after.
I would highly recommend.Read Rosie Charlton's review on Google -
