Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not established full conformance. You can contact the team by phone or email if a feature does not work for you.

On 16 October 2026, the contact form and staff upload were checked in Chrome at 390 by 844 and 1440 by 900. Keyboard checks covered moving between fields, the separate postcode field, form errors, going back, sign-in and sign-out. Automated axe-core checks found no violations in the form states tested, including the signed-in upload form. These checks used a local test copy of the site.

These checks do not cover every WCAG requirement or every page. A whole-site review, including screen readers, browser zoom and text spacing, remains outstanding. No independent accessibility certification is claimed.

Known limitations: without JavaScript or available session storage, the enquiry confirmation page cannot verify receipt. It shows a phone contact route so you can check before sending again. The enquiry form accepts supported UK phone numbers; if you cannot supply one, please email instead. The staff upload requires JavaScript.

This statement is reviewed before launch and after a material website change, with known barriers and test results updated when checks are completed.
