What do customers say about moss removal?
-
Great work completely got rid of all moss and treated to keep away. Dave & the boys were bang on time and barely knew they were there while clearing the roof. Highly recommended

Dave and his team cleaned the roof of my semi-detached house, conservatory, and garage ealier today. Our roof had been neglected for years and was in need of some TLC. We're very satisfied with the result. They gave a fair quote. They arrived exactly on time. They removed 3 garden bags worth of moss. The garden and patio were left spotlessly clean and tidy. The roof and gutters have a new lease of life. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

David and his team did a fantastic job on my moss and algae covered roof. It is now spotless and has rejuvenated the look of the place. The team worked incredibly hard for 3 days in the hot weather, and really went the extra mile when cleaning up to leave the property sparkling. Very happy indeed with the service.

Fantastic clean of the roofs and gutter. Gutters actually funnel away rainwater now instead of over flowing. The roof looks like new!

What do customers say about the care taken with their roof?
-
Dave and his team did a fantastic job removing the moss from our entire roof. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and I was very impressed with their work ethic. They took extra care working around our solar panels, which we really appreciated, and completed the job to a very high standard. They also tidied up thoroughly and left our driveway exactly as they found it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and his team. Thank you again!

The results of the work done by Dave and his team on our house in Oxted have been excellent. The roof looks so much cleaner with all evidence of moss nowhere to be seen, and biocide carefully applied to across the whole roof. The way they clean does not damage the structure of the underlying roof felt or alter the positioning of tiles, so we were very pleased to see the cleaning process undertaken with care and concern for our roof and tiles. The guys doing the work were very courteous an took the time to clean up at the end of the process. Would definitely recommend!

We used Moss Men to clean our roof and gutters and are delighted with the results! Dave was very professional and really knows his stuff!
He helped ensure that our old, shabby tiles were protected whilst doing a fab job removing all the moss.
He was so careful during the process and left the roof looking 10x better. Would definitely recommend!Read Elle Wood-Evans's review on Google -
I recently had my roof cleaned by David and Callum, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, explained the process, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was done safely and properly.
The difference in my roof is amazing – it looks so much cleaner and has really improved the overall appearance of the house. They were also very tidy, making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.
David and Callum were both polite, hardworking, and clearly experienced. I would highly recommend their roof cleaning service to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality job. Thanks again for the fantastic work!Read d'Arcy Clarke's review on Google

What do customers say about the biocide treatment?
-
Dave and his team did a really good job cleaning our roof. Dave came out first to have a look and provide a quote, and the work was booked in for a week or two later. They steam cleaned the roof and then applied a treatment, as well as cleaning all the gutters and treating the patio. They also tidied everything up properly before they left. The roof looks fantastic and almost like new. Really happy with the work and would happily recommend Dave and his team.

The team were courteous, responsive and thorough. In addition to the roof treatment, Dave explained what he could do for the dirty stonework and I am very pleased with the results.

The Moss Men, comprising of David and his team of two arrived punctually and were respectful of our property and surroundings. They worked diligently throughout the day clearing up mess continually as they progressed with the job of clearing moss off of our roof which had been untouched since the house was built in 2000!
The removal of all the moss was successful and we are now waiting for the Biocide treatment used to complete its cycle which can take up to 12 weeks to see the real difference. But the moss has stopped falling off our roof which is just what we wanted!
We were not looking forward to having the job done although it needed to be desperately but the professional way the work was carried out made the whole experience much better than anticipated!!
We would have no hesitation recommending The Moss Men to friends and family!Read Lauri Myers's review on Google -
I was recommended to the Moss Men and they completed a full roof clean/ gutters and biocide treatment on my house roof yesterday.
I have quite tricky access but it was all taken care of and I am so pleased with the results. There was a lot of moss as I live by a river..and it's all gone and looks revived. Dave is a lovely guy to deal with , very professional and everything was all cleaned up after.
I would highly recommend.Read Rosie Charlton's review on Google -
We had a great experience with this company. They kindly rearranged their schedule at short notice to fit us in while the utility company had the road outside our house closed — which was essential as our roof can only safely be cleaned when the road is shut due to how close the house is to it. That flexibility was hugely appreciated.
They did a very thorough job and used a low-pressure air cleaning method rather than jet washing, which we understand can damage roof tiles. After the cleaning they also applied a biocide treatment, and the work comes with a 3-year guarantee.
The roof already looks much better and we’re looking forward to enjoying a moss-free roof for the next few years. Professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating — highly recommended.Read Giles Forrest's review on Google
What do customers say about the clean-up afterwards?

Excellent. Came very quickly to quote and didn’t have to wait long for the job to be scheduled. On the day they did a great job of clearing the roof of years of moss. Obv this creates loads of mess all around and they very efficiently cleared it all up including where it had blown onto the neighbour’s. I’d use again and highly recommend.

What do customers say about the quote and price?
-
Dave and his two boys did a great job on our roof.
I did some research as there are a lot of roof cleaning companies out there and basically it came up that pressure washing is bad for your roof.
I therefore contacted Dave about his service and technique and he was extremely helpful and explained the whole process and the results that follow. He offered a free no obligation quote and advice.
Because of this, I used his service over all the others and I wasn't disappointed. The lads and Dave were really great, extremely tidy and well mannered. And they were competitively priced too.
They did a great job with our roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof or gutters cleaned.Read Robert Ball's review on Google -
David and his team did a great job.
Good communication and he was happy to adjust dates to suit us. Quotation was very competitive and they took down some unwanted satellite dishes at no extra charge.

We were so impressed with the Moss men. First of all they were so nice, on time, professional and knowledgeable. We had them clean our roofs and gutters- which was done extremely well, quickly and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I have recommended them
To all my neighbours and would highly recommend them to anyone else. And the best part was that they provided the best of the 3 quotes we received. ( I just reread this and while it sounds like an ad- it’s really not. They were great).Read Sue O'Regan's review on Google -
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Dave replied promptly to my enquiry, and popped round to give me a quote within 24 hours. Fantastic service and a great price. My roof was particularly challenging and looked like a green carpet, but is now spotless! The Moss Men were punctual, professional, polite, and very thorough, making sure to clean up after themselves. A number of my neighbours have seen the results and have now booked in to have their roofs cleared. I am super happy with the results, and would highly recommend Moss Men Roof Cleaning London!

What do customers say about the team and the service?
-
Very disappointed with the service. I arrived first because my machines had broken down and I was in a hurry, but others who arrived later were served before me. This has happened several times, despite travelling an hour to get here. If it’s first come, first served, it should be fair for everyone.
