Which roof details change the quote?
The roof covering, size, condition, amount of work and available access affect the proposed scope. Photographs help us understand those details before quoting.
- Which roof sections need cleaning, including extensions.
- Known repairs, damaged areas or leaks.
- Where moss or debris collects.
- Space for equipment beside the building.
- Conservatories, planting or ponds below the work.
When does roof access cost extra?
Roof access costs extra where your roof needs a cherry picker or scaffolding: either charge is shown in the written quote. Our team also uses ladders, roof ladders and mobile towers.
Tell us about a narrow approach or an obstacle below the roof when you enquire. We can account for access equipment before you agree to the work.

David and his team did a great job.
Good communication and he was happy to adjust dates to suit us. Quotation was very competitive and they took down some unwanted satellite dishes at no extra charge.
The house looks much better as a result of their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.Read Roger Smith's review on Google -
Dave and his team cleaned the roof of my semi-detached house, conservatory, and garage ealier today. Our roof had been neglected for years and was in need of some TLC. We're very satisfied with the result. They gave a fair quote. They arrived exactly on time. They removed 3 garden bags worth of moss. The garden and patio were left spotlessly clean and tidy. The roof and gutters have a new lease of life. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
